Android Phone VoiceChanger!

I think a really good idea for an app that shouldn't be to hard to code...is a voice changer! It would be awesome to be able to choose a voice to use before picking up the phone. I have seen Windows 98 apps that 100s of voices...but i think a few voices like an Old lady, young child, some very degrading sterotypes for each race.

Anyone know how hard this would be?

I shouldn't be that hard...though set racial voices would produce a ****storm...and that's not what the G1 (or T-mo) needs right now.

However, including alien, monster and evil clown would be Kool and the Gang.

I figured if there was a voice from each race, then it wouldn't be so bad! can't be racists if you are making fun of everyone =)
