Default Fine print on data plan

Data: If your total data usage in any billing cycle is more than 1GB, your data throughput for the remainder of that cycle may be reduced to 50 kbps or less. Your data session, plan, or service may be suspended, terminated, or restricted for significant roaming or if you use your service in a way that interferes with our network or ability to provide quality service to other users. Some devices require specific data plans; if you do not have the right plan for your device, you may not be able to use data services. Some downloads, such as movies, music, and games, not included. Domestic use only.

Wow. That especially speaks to the potential of somebody hacking a tether option. This seems like a pretty serious issue to consider before the jump.

1GB is a lot for mobile device ... I am sure they will expand as soon as it's needed.

Well w/ regards to movies, music, etc. it seems probable that downloads via the Amazonmp3 site and other Android-specific apps will not be included in the data transfer limitation, but we'll see. The fine-print does mention certain items as being not included.

Hmmm interesting. Left vague enough to encompass anything.

1GB? That plenty for my use and I'm sure if more is needed they'll expand to keep press positive.

I saw somewhere that the Amazon service only downloads mp3s over wifi, you can preview and stream over g3 though
