All this Android tablet talk here recently has made us want to get our hands on a lot of these devices, and that time is finally here. Toshiba's Folio 100 compared to Samsung's Galaxy Tab is one huge device. With that being said, we are a tad bit disappointed that it will not make it to the US. Beside that point, the tablet has a 10 inch display with 4 finger muliti-touch, and is powered by NVIDIA?s Tegra 2 chipset.

Lol.. nice going tapping on the Gallery3D "slider"
If Samsung doesn't lower the Tab's price significantly, this is the one I'm going for! It's much bigger and will find a place somewhere on our couch/coffeetable (less portable "on-the-go" so it seems)
This is really something![]()

Ok... I just brought this Folio 100 last night from a UK retailer. I got it home and was excited to play with it. I opened the box and found a statement about "flash 10.1" you need to register the product to get the updates. I did this and then got a return screen say " we will email you when flash 10.1 is ready for download. Also Fring is part of the O/S and may clash with a skype hack. So in a nutshell... if you want flash & skype i think its a case of waiting a few days before someone hacks this device and re - flashes. I was also told by support at Toshiba that this will also include future Android updates such as Gingerbread... lets see about that... Still in the meantime this little baby is going back to pcworld as the money is better off in my bank until this is ready for market... maybe this is why the Advent Vega was delayed 2 weeks?
