First of all I was suprised that it was Shop Savvy and not Compare Everywhere on the top 10. Compare Everywhere is way better of a program than Shop Savvy. Another app that I was suprised not to see was Chomp SMS. This app is amazing. Not only does it have an excellent UI with chat bubbles like the iphone has, also it now features an on screen keyboard!!!!
Also the browser alternative Steel IMO should have made the list as well. |

Gasbot requires you to pay for it, when you can easily go to gasbuddytogo.com and get the same thing for free

I wonder how they got their numbers because if you sort by popularity on the android market it shows The Weather Channel as #1, ShopSavvy as #2, and MySpace as #3.
That would mean that the list should be 1 - Pac-Man 2 - Weather Channel 3 - ShopSavvy 4 - MySpace

tell me what you all think about a talk radio app that highlights TiVO-like controls and leverages UGC responses to really help people make their G1 the new AM radio for interactive talk?
We are looking to expand on our phone app at CelleCast... Need feedback on what kind of market there is for this. |

a? m? radio? you mean like in the morning?
i kid, ummm personally speaking i never listen to any radio except the occasional npr cast, if you could improve on the npr app out there then i'd hop on board, but i have a general rule- don't listen to talk radio! sorry if thats offensive i don't mean it to be, i just don't like any radio in general |

Looking at this list simply reaffirms that most people see the G1 as a toy, rather than a real smart phone one can use in a business environ.
