I talked to Advanced Technical. Their excuse was something about the fact that we were not going to get cupcake in the first place bc they VK kept messsing up use of the actual kb. They "fixed" it but it caused major delays, hence where we are. I told them europe could use their KB and they proceeded to stumble around an excuse. (sighs).
