I have to say I am Sorry if anyone is treated like that at any T-mobile stores but here are the facts...
If you are not in a 3g area the store will not carry any G1's for purchase . only a Demo, however you can purchase the G1 thru any Customer care Rep. The stores have more than enough Documentation to help them answer all sorts of questions about the G1 it is not t-mobile fault if they do not take the time to read it. I tend to agree with the statement that it was an indirect dealer and not a Corporate location.
