I don't think thats the problem. I work for a corperation (not going to say which one) but we get marketing for things we don't sell, but they make us advertise. It would cost the company more to split advertising by which stores sell what.

That being said I think that its dumb for a company to almost falsely advertise stuff.

I love T-mobile and I love my G1 and have recommended it to people, but people outside the network area need to not be pitched for a phone that will get maybe 25% of the functionality. I feel bad for the person who told that story.

Dude, I live in a non-3G area and the only thing I can't do is . . . oh wait: I can do everything someone in a 3G area can, as far as I know. EDGE is a little slow, no biggie. What's more, as soon as I get around wi-fi, I have more capabilites and speed than current 3G users so . . .

I hope you're not responsible for marketing the G1, cuz you're currently doing a poor job.
