Real time stocks: What they mean is How much of scanned item is in STOCK in/at a/the store...

Did they fix the piece where it starts WiFi and GPS way more than it needs to?

It looks great. The only issue is that I have to turn on the Find My Location setting everytime I want to use ShopSavvy and turn it off whenever I am done. Otherwise the battery life is nothing!

No need to uninstall just go to ShopSavvy -> Settings -> Privacy -> disable Find my location. This disables the Skyhook Wireless wifi/cell tower lookup. Unfortunately it also disables local results.Good question! I uninstalled after that issue..

That's a workaround, but I guess it's not actually "fixed" yet.

Alright - maybe it's time for a re-download of the ole' shop-savvy - At one point I realized that it just couldn't beat me at googling, and mr. andy paul bunyon beat the evil shopping machine - but adding features I can't just pick up on a quick round of googles - that sells me.
I hope they keep going. Location-centric feature additions to its price alerts would be what I think when I say "keep going" for one example. A points system. Now not only does it calculate in the price levels I requested alerts on, but it weighs in other factors for alerts, am I close to the near best price? Maybe I want an alert. Am I on vacation (more than 100miles from home) - Maybe I wouldn't like any alerts for local pricing until I return.

Those all sounds like great features to have, but similar to locale any location based service running in the background is going to demolish your battery life.
