This is good, people won't be happy though since it's missing many things that people are expecting.

It looks similar to the ADP 1.1 release that came out recently. It appears to have the same extra menu items, and does improve / stabilise many features in my opinion.

I'm running JesusFreke 1.41 with it right now and it seems faster, more stable, possibly slightly better battery life so far.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's the sort of release you want to push out before cupcake to make cupcake easier to update or not update if people don't want too.
