Right. I just don't want people to think that they can have a field day and go all torrent crazy and not understand what happened to their connection.

I think it would be best to ignore the "dumb" comment from now on.

Just search for other post by tomdroid.

You'll see why it is best to just let it go.

For those who have rooted their phone, this is probably the 2nd best app next to connectbot:

I find this very useful and thank you. I do carry a netbook and although it has wifi I cannot get a signal in outdoor places so this helps with the 3g connection. I do not have my G1 broken so I am stupid but not stupid enough to NOT appreciate people ingenuity and generosity. (this being a free app) Thanks to all involved.

This app is awesome for those of us that don't want to hack our phones.

When tethering using WIFI does the 5GB limit apply?
