No not yet, the phone has to be able to record Video

I use qik.com to stream using my Nokia N95

The gentleman who got it to work was using a pre-1.0 Android OS . . . video recording used to work before they removed it for the release-ready OS 1.0/RC19 for when G1s started shipping. Sadko Mobile has a CamLine program that records video, but it only works on the pre-production SDK emulator/G1.
