I knew google was going to screw us one way or another, free apps sounded to good to be true, they will have all the meaningless apps out for free but when quality apps start to release like AIM client app, facebook or video players they will charge us

I mean im not into the waiting game, Ill rather have all the apps out now with a fee, they are doing nothing but playing games with the public
And you know this how? Aren't you doing the exact same thing you criticized Petey for? How can you make an assumption that Google is screwing us over? You're making the judgment based on something that has happened 2 days before its supposed to be up.

Google has yet to screw anyone over ever as far as I know. These apps were all up until earlier today, and today was a scheduled maintenance day (I'm not assuming, found that on the tmobile forums by an actual administrator).

FFS dude, be patient. If its not all nice and shiny again by Wednesday then you can whine.

I know that there is a reason, but I mouthed off about how cool the bar-code scanner thing worked and now I'll be seeing my friend tonight and it won't be there. Disappointed.

this is what i got from the tmobile forum (http://forums.t-mobile.com/tmbl/boar...&thread.id=508

Looks like an update to the Andoid Market is coming on the 20th. I'm not aware of the changes exactly, but it will require that you re-download any applications you may have downloaded before that point. Remember, the applications are free for the time being so there's no risk of being charged for the downloads. I just wanted you to be aware.
