eh, screw that. I'm not paying $299 for a damn phone. I've lived this long without and iPhone or the G1, I'm sure I can make it another 33 years.

Look around the various covering sites and you'll see that people who have fulfilled their entire contract terms are still getting the $299 price. Someone f-ed up, I think.

I just ordered mine!! T-mo knows what your contract length is, so it's $179 for those like me holding on with a Moto V3 and a palm lifedrive for a better option in smartphones with T-mo (where my family has phones so...I'm stuck). WHEEEEEEEEE!!!

If i were to chekout my bill would be $350 after taxes and all. this is not right. 5 yr customer. 4 months left on my contract. haven't got a new phone in over a year. and i can't get the discount. I am having trouble with the t-mobile website right now too! they weren't very prepared!
