Please don't do that. The source that Refused is pulling from stated that there is a Tmo website forum for requests and complaints, and all Cupcake questions must be directed there. Calling Tmo CS/Level 1 tech support will yield you no good info. As Refused's source stated, the phone jockeys are the last to know about outgoing OTAs.

yeah i know that i can read... i never said i was calling them to get valuable info im calling them so that they feel pressured into getting it done...
