I ordered this for myself and a couple of mates here in Dubai. Works like a charm

Yeah, I felt the same way too. Extra battery, extra charger and a cradle to handle the G1 and the extra battery. Note however, that the cradle holds the G1 in a completely upright position. It would have been nicer if the unit was tilted back, but that's not the case. On the upside, there's a cavity at the bottom of the USB connector on the cradle to accommodate the extUSB cover on the device.

    Wow, I like them both

So which is worth my credit cards numbers ?

*Edit, $28 and it comes with both the US & European plugs/usb cord & battery

Compared to paying $20 for just the little box and cord

    This is a no brainier...

    Question...

Does it really matter if the battery isn't OEM ?

It probably does but not that much of a difference... but there's a standalone battery charger combo pack with 2 batteries for 22.50 with screen protector and usb cable(retractable) and lanyard for the g1. Free shipping too.. its on ebay I don't have the link on me, surfing from g1, but it was posted before

The Seidio battery should be in today. You all can order those cheap eBay batteries if you want; you'll ultimately get what you pay for, and don't be made at T-Mobile if your phone catches fire or bricks.

Seidio makes quality stuff and they back their products; I've enjoyed their batteries in all of my Treos, Sprint Mogul, and soon, the G1.

I bought the extra battery from the T-Mobile store last week that was "on sale" for 39.99. So I'll just take that one back and use this one.
