Android lags behind iPhone in customer satisfaction according to survey

It's hard to gauge customer satisfaction with mobile phones with any real accuracy. There will be lemons among the devices that hit the market and how well the user knows how to use the device will also affect the satisfaction. A new survey from the CFI Group has ranked mobile phones by customer satisfaction.

I wonder if the lack of satisfaction of the android is due to the phone or the crappy carrier 3G support it has to live on?

What's the big freaking deal? Second place to the iPhone is WONDERFUL, as far as I'm concerned.

very true, the iphone is very refined and android is getting there but still needs work

patientzero -- there is no "big freaking deal." Chill out, the info was just provided, no one is making a big deal, so take a chill pill chief. Customer Sat is huge in any product. Glad to see this chart. Good study!

I think android is a lot more complicated and advanced than the iphone and non tech savvy users will be confused.

as a previous commenter mentioned, the iphone is so simple to use that it's really easy for non-tech people to pick it up and start using it. Sure other phones may offer more options and are much deeper and complex tools but the iphone caters to a large number of people who want a very simple to use all-in-one hand held experience.
