I think they'll use much discretion when doing it. I also think they'll take care of apps with the potential to exploit security vulnerabilities -- I'm not too bothered either

I'm not bothered by it, but def something that will be watched by a lot of people to see how they use it.

Will the killswitch work only for Android Market applications (which is fine) or stuff you write/install yourself (which is not at all fine)?
