Default Acer unveils Liquid Snapdragon Android smartphone
Acer went all official today and announced its new Liquid A1 smartphone that will be the first Android device to run the Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. The device sports a touchscreen and HSPA connectivity.

now that's more like it, for the hardware we need. i've had good luck w/ acer laptops. need more specs, but looks good, maybe my next phone.

hmm, the phone in your 2nd link looks different than the op. wonder why. i'm liking the metal trim in the op; looks a bit nicer, and maybe thinner?

Both may be pre production, I like the one with the metal trim too.
