That sounds great. We seem to have the most luck with something called mobile spy. Maybe you can get an affiliate network started, that would help you.
Are there any others that anyone has used that are outstanding?

I am developer of Android Parental Control app. Android Parental Control app is designed to restrict access to selected Apps:
1- Select and filter installed apps.
2- Overall and individual app restriction.
3- Automatic restart of the app when phone is rebooted.
4- Safe Sandbox - only shows allowed apps (When restriction is on and Safe Sandbox mode is also on, app will display a page that only shows selected allowed apps).
