Most used would definitely be Useful Switchers to toggle WiFi on and off and change other settings. And I'm a big music person so I love Last.FM and Dizzler.

I like using the Background app. Im always changing my background on my G1. Im also a huge fan of Ringdroid. I love making my own ringtones.

Cupcake has eliminated the need for quite a few apps in my rotation, but still standing are:
Useful Switchers

Ak Notepad
and my most used app by far: Twidroid

i have to say Imeem ( i listen to music in my car via Jabra SP 700's fm transmitter). Twidriod and f book.

locale is used daily but more background, After that the toggle widgets and the browser. yea, I know pretty boring.
