Selling of Pre-paritioned cards - Revised

To the Mods - I know this drives you nuts, but for some reason I cannot reply to this mesage under my post, and I apologize. Please merge.



A user responded under my post with the following:

"no the user isn't me and also doesn't offer a way for these people to get the partition running apps to the sd card....i offer solutions that include root, apps to sd and caches to sd with directions and support on the phone, through email and through, forums. Im also an established user with at least some sort of credibility. so if you want this done right..."



What you are offering is putting the scripts on the pre-paritioned card for the user. But what if the user were to simply use JFvMOD by LucidREM? All a person would have to do is simply type in 3 lines of code and all their apps and data would move to their sdcard. It is straightforward and easy.

That is why I am not piling on all that script onto these sdcards. I want to make this as *easy* as possible for people who wish to not only root their phone, but to also move apps and data over to their phone.

With my card, I supply a guide on how to do this.

You offer root? That is impossible as you wouldn't have that person's phone in your hand.

You offer directions with moving apps/data to the phone? I include them in email AND on the card itself, leaving no stone unturned.

You offer support through phone, email, forum? So do I. It is all on my site, which I have set up all myself to make it easy and straightforward to anyone who is interested. Even on my paypal account, I have listed another email, just so a person feels/knows that they will get a hold of me.

You're also "an established user with at least some sort of credibility?" Yes, you have posted here longer than I, but that doesn't discredit me. I have taken the time to set up my page, and give people the comfort of knowing that they're just not making some backdoor transaction. Considering I'm using paypal - which I might add has both my checking and savings account information to DEFINITELY verify who I am - I know I have credibility.

In short, please don't be rude and insinuate that I don't have credibility because I haven't been a long time posting member here. I took the time earlier to email you personally and direct you to sources to help you set up your own storefront. I was kind and sincere, and I meant to be. Treat others the way you want to be treated.

"if you want this done right..." ? This isn't a battle of right and wrong. What I'm offering is the easiest solution in moving apps/data over. I supply a pre-partitioned card and instructions on how to easily move your apps and data to your sdcard. And what I recommend users is to apply the JFvMOD by LucidREM mod to their phones and simply type in 3 lines of code.

It is straightforward.
