It's what I sell them for on eBay and have no problem. It's $399. without a contract or an upgrade from T-Mobile. I think $100. savings, no tax, and no contract is a good deal.

I suppose. I guess i'm just used to seeing deals for used ones going for like $100.

Yea, I looked for used ones on CL all the time, but my standards for "mint" and most peoples differ greatly. Plus most used ones have no accessories, etc.

This is a brand new unit. Not a refurb, or insurance replacement. I'll even root it and load a custom ROM if the buyer wants, but that requires it being opened.
