Me personally, I love the vanilla or stock Android. Hence the reason I got the G2. I will close to never use the keyboard. So I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a one piece gel case for there G2'S? I sent a message to Seido and Amzer to see what they would say.

you have plenty of other options for vanilla android, and you could save yourself that extra weight and thickness on your phone if you aren't going to use the keyboard. try the nexus one for example. or check out like the evo or galaxy s, and check out the roms that devs have cooked up. i'm not sure of the specifics, but they're bound to have some vanilla froyo based roms.

so basically, to answer your question, the people who bought a g2 are probably those who either are tech-junkies who wanted the latest and greatest thing or are those who have stuck with the g1 until they saw a good enough replacement phone with a keyboard. so i don't think a full silicon case is gonna be a hit with anyone... but since you already have a phone with a nice keyboard, you should use it! it serves a lot of great purposes.
