USB adapter *with* microphone, button AND *Volume control*

BUT with a volume toggle as well?

It so much more convenient with volume on there.
I basically want the same thing that came with the phone, but instead of painful ear buds; i want a 3.5mm jack.

Yes, that's been displayed in the Android accessories for a while now... also other versions with extra usb + 3.5mm etc.... I'm getting one too.

this one has a tiny usb on the side, check it out, also got the little adaptors that has a right angle and nothing else.
