the reviews are pretty heinous.
Now, I know the G1 doesn't have stereo bluetooth support yet but since i found this deal i figured i'd share it with y'all because its A2DP is supposedly coming soon and who knows how long this deal will last on these headphones. Anyways, they originally cost $129 and here they are in a white box for $45

the reviews are pretty heinous.
Yeah i see that now that you've mentioned it. Thats strange because a friend of mine has had them for about a year now and hes had no problems using them everyday, pretty much all day, to listen to music from his phone while he works, lucky bastard. Maybe its a QC issue.
pretty much explains it, a QC issue... thats the problem with the majority of motorola products, they're nice devices and aesthetic wise, they make some great products... they just fall apart real fast... i tend to steer clear of their products now... the s9 and s9s headsets that i've had if left in your car fall apart due to poor construction... when taken out of the box the headsets look fairly seamless, but over time you'll see how crappy they really are... the joints where the plastic meets at certain points of the headsets tend to space out and fall apart...
whatever products i've had from motorola are prone to this... seems they like glue a lot
i don't condone motorola, but i'm not an avid supporter...

Buy the rumor, Sell the news.
Well i've only owned one motorola product, an i90c, which was a nextel phone, this is going way back, though. It was the most durable phone i've ever owned, but like i said, that was a long time ago. It survived multiple drops to concrete, once from about one story up, i threw it once out of anger into my dashboard (women, don't ask) and it cracked the dash but the phone was fine, submerged in water (was a pool cleaner one summer) after letting it dry out, phone came back and operated fine, i've used it to prop doors open, it was basically bulletproof.
You're semi-right though, any of the non-nextel motorola phones that i've seen were crap. Three of my friends and my mom bought razrs and they all broke within a year. My wife had a krazr or whatever that is (non flip razr), which sucked and broke before the 2 year contract was up. She also had a sprint phone before that was motorola that broke in about a year.
damn you guys now i'm having second thought on buying this.. ahh i'm probably better off. I'll wait until the phone actually gets the stereo support to buy something, just in case they decide to put off the release or something horrible like that. thanks.![]()
