Default Larger case for 2400mah battery extended back door?

My 2400mah extended battery with back door was just shipped, and I was wondering if any website sells a rubber grip case, or any kind-of case that can fit this unique oversized shell for my G1.

    Thanks!

How thick, in mm, does it make your phone?

Well, the G1 can run out of power during moderate daily use - especially if you use the internet for an hour, play some MP3s, and make a couple of calls. So these people may want a bigger battery.

However, for me, mine is at about 60% power by the end of the day. I don't understand why people who do only need to charge it once a day don't get into the habit of putting the phone on charge when they go to bed at night. That way it has a full charge for the day ahead, and it can charge while you're not using it.

Both my G1 and my previous phone, the Nokia N95, would never last 2 days without needing a charge, but it has yet to really bother me as I charge it every night.

I charge my phone every night while I am in bed. Yet, my battery still runs to about 15-20% within 10 hours or so. But, I am on it alot during the day doing a lot of different apps. So, even with a full charge, I still run low. I did read about discharging the battery till the phone turns off, that way you can train the battery, but I'll do that when I get the much, much extended battery

To Shanafan, I had the same problem my battery would drain really really fast so I did some scouting on the netz and found something although I forgot where I remember what it said.

    1. let your battery drain to the end ( I did this by turning on GPS, that drained it really fast)
    2. turn off your phone.
    3. use the outlet charger (not the USB) to charge the phone.

After doing the above I notice a longer battery life. I also read; I believe it was here with in this forum that the battery that comes with the phone has some issues and if you call HTC they will ship you another battery that is better. You will need to give them a credit card number as reassurance that you will send the old battery to them. If in a couple of weeks (forgot the actual time) they do NOT receive your old battery they will charge your credit card for the battery they send. I do know that the time is pretty long so there was great reviews about doing this.

    I hope this helps.

I just got the extended battery and I need a holster also. I need one with a speaker hole in the right spot so I can hear my phone ring.
