eXpansys USB Cradle

I am looking to buy this cradle. http://www.expansys-usa.com/p.aspx?i=175748 Does anyone have any experience with products from eXpansys. How is the quality. I know I may have to remove the USB cover to make this work and think it will be a good compromise. I know they are also listing one with a battery charger, however it will be to big for where I need this to fit.

I bought an HTC headset from them shipped quickly and product was good, but not made by them it was an HTC mfg headset

the cradle in that pic looks kinda cheap and cheesey to me (uses only mini USB jacks? ) the deluxe one though with the bat charger and audio out looks sexy, just not sure if im willing to spend 50 bucks on it lol

The reason I like this charger is that it will fit in the recharge station shown below. Just wondering if anyone has used a cradel from eXpansys before and how well they hold up.

well it should work fine, its simply a cradle with a miniusb jack, if all you want is for it to charge the phone i don't see why it wouldn't work

It is very affordable... Im glad stuff like that is coming out already... IM pretty sure its going to do its job... as for me im waiting to get better stuff ..i.e... features and stuff like the iphone... you wont loose that much money if it sux.. look at it that way..

I wouldnt worry about the usb cover. There's a cutout just behind the mini usb jack for it.
I think it's kinda expensive for what it is. Though I'm comparing that to the $16 cradle/extra battery charger available on ebay which is definitely the same manufacturer. The ebay seller doesn't have the greatest feedback but I'm probably willing to risk $20 since I've paid that much for lunch before.
I'm considering buying two cradles and adding a 3.5mm jack to one of them. Should be fairly simple.

If you check out alibaba they have two or three kinds of cradles available and they're exactly the same as eXpansys is selling. The only issue is, minimum order is 100 pieces. Who wants to start a G1 cradle selling co-op?
