Cap Piece ?

does anyone know what that small piece of plastic that comes off and covers the bottom port for charging called and where can i get one ?

mine already broke off and i want replace it asap.

i used to drywall buildings with my tytn haning on my back pocket. the tytn had no cover on the usbg port and was always with me at work in very dirty environments. it still works great till this day. i wouldn't worry about it too much. besides, you'll probably have to take your phone apart to get the little piece that holds it in place connected. i actually yanked mine out on purpose,and it was actually pretty hard to do.
and besides..here's htc's statement: Q: Can I just buy the parts and fix my own phone?
A: We do not sell any parts directly. If you wish to have your phone repaired, you will be required to send the phone to your provider for repair.

If it makes you feel any better my wife just ripped hers off because of how annoying it was

IF you use a desk charger the cover is just in the way. Since I doc at home work and in the car i ripped mine off.

Very tempted to rip mine off too. Such a bad design. It would have been much better if it was a slide cover rather than the way it works.

It does look good when it's on though, but just a pain to dock the phone in the office and even worse in the car.
