i have a 45 dollar motorola one and it works just fine, it does what i need it to do answer/close my phone calls handsfree... am not too sure what $200 bluetooth does,
So I've never owned a Bluetooth Headset but it is something I've always wanted.
So I've seen them vary in price from about $20 to over $100. Do the $20 ones work? Does anyone have any suggestions of which type/brand to buy?

Vincent, have you used the first jawbone? if so which one do you like better #1 or #2??? I have been contemplating getting a better bluetooth headset, and just relized that the 1st version has been dropped to around 60 bucks. vs 100 bux for the 2nd version. Just wondering other than the size if there is much differance in quality?
I have picked BT350 from Jabra - since it was cheap and I needed basic handsfree while driving the car... It worked well and the best I like is the vibration which is built-in.
Now, I paid about $25 and it was good for me - but I tried one for a few days - cant remember the model number but it was plantronics over $100: oh my God - ARE YOU IN MY ROOM? It was great - however my needs did not match the product and the price![]()

Who would have know that thing would break??
That top one (JawBone?) is a sharp looking device at least.
will the Jabra BT9040 work with the G1?
High performance audio — features DSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology and Active Noise Reduction, which enhances the sound quality on transmitted and received audio. Also, Intelligent Volume Settings equalizes incoming audio volume, amplifying quiet voices and reducing loud ones while Acoustic Shock Protection protects the ear from sudden loud noises. E-SCO improves voice transfer from headset to phone. Equipped with A2DP for streaming music (down mixed to mono)- perfect for pod casts...
BUT THE G1 DOESN'T HAVE A2DP?
I like the look of the Blue Ant. I might have to look into those. I love wearing and using BT headsets.
