I noticed that NewEeg.com have one for $14.99 without the adapter and $15.49 with the adapter by A Data.

Is this a good deal?

i think its a good deal. my 8gig class 4 cost me 30 bucks

Newegg.com always has the best deals so you probably won't find anything cheaper than that unless is used or bootleg

i just bought an 8gb classs 6 yesterday for 13.99 with free shipping.

but anything under $20 for an 8gb class 4 and up is a good deal to answer your question....
