Wait, you have the settings wrong. I didn't read over the settings thoroughly until now. The server is:
imap.mail.yahoo.com
Erase that n you have in there. And yes they will tell you that Yahoo! doesn't work but, it does. Lose the n and try again.

I tried that and it still tells me my user name and password are incorrect.

I used the IMAP option and it doesn't allow me NOT to enter a port #. The one provided is 143.

I put imap.mail.yahoo.com under IMAP Server.

There is also an option for IMAP path prefix (optional).


As for combining e-mails, I had gmail import my yahoo and on my computers it works, however it does not refresh on my phone.

I seriously ****ing hate this phone right now.

Hmm imap.mail.yahoo.com and port 143 with no prefix is how mine is and it works fine (not on WiFi like I said before)

I just realized another mistake. Don't use your full email at the server settings page. Just use your username and password. Maybe because of the @yahoo.com it is thinking you have the wrong username... try it without the @ yahoo.com

I'm trying to set my Samsung Moment up to do Yahoo IMAP, if possible. I only have the free Yahoo e-mail account. I've tried all the setting posted. I keep running into problems with the Port # - I can't leave it blank, and I can't enter the word "Default." Any thoughts?

I have been looking for yahoo imap settings and tried lot of it but but it said unable to find server. I hope this will help me.
