Default Will Android support "Google apps for your domain"?

Does anybody know, if the Single Sign on on Android will support the "Google apps for your domain" login? Will it support push Email for those Email accounts?

This question was never answered. I think it would be a really good question for "those in the loop" to find out for sure.

What do you know? I just found a press release on this very matter:
    http://www.mobilecomputermag.co.uk/2...apps-push.html

"Android also supports customers of Google Apps for Your Domain, including Premium customers, with the same features: you can get push Gmail for your custom domain, and your custom-domain Contacts and Calendar will sync. Unfortunately you may pick only a single Gmail or custom-domain login; you cannot switch between two accounts in Android 1.0."

Just for the sake of closure...

I have my G1 setup accessing my "Google apps for your domain" email account. No special configuration necessary; "it just worked."

I just got my phone. When I tried to use my google apps account, I received this message: "This account cannot be used on the phone because it is missing the following application: cl. Please contact the domain administrator for mydomain.com or sign in using another account."

    Grrrr.

Same problem here. Called t-mobile and after an hour no success. They said that they will call me back tomorrow.

Just a guess here...the admin for your Google Apps domain needs to enable mail, calendar and chat. Do you already have all three of those when you sign into your Google Apps account? The admin has the ability to disable any one of those for all users.

Sorry, not clear what you mean. I use my domain email on my google apps domain and have for many many months. Are you suggesting another required step? I am the domain admin for my domain.
All I did was put the sim card from an earlier machine (Sidekick LX) and then after the Android icon followed the setup login.

I have email, chat, and calendar enabled and also got the error message mentioned above.

I called Google Apps tech support about using my G Apps email login with the Android and was told that I cannot use this account and must use a regular Gmail account
