So I haven't heard anything about widgets for a long while. I really want to put more fun widgets on my homescreen, but there aren't any in the Marketplace. =[

Is Google still developing these, or is it up to the developers to make their own, now?

So I haven't heard anything about widgets for a long while.

The phone's only been out a little over a month...that's not "a long while." I think it's annoying that they haven't made it available yet, but we have no choice but to wait.

Google has to release the widget SDK for developers to develop widgets.
I want a weather widget.

It was in the SDK but was taken out before final release, I imagine it will be returning in a couple of months. This all being simple conjecture.

a widget to by able to update my facebook or myspace on the fly would be nice
