Where: Can't Log In...

I downloaded and am enjoying the Where app. Love the gas prices feature. Problem is that I can not log in the my personal account so that I can update gas prices. Any ideas here? It says sending, but, no forward progress from there. If I put in the wrong password, it says authentication failed.

Hi there,
If you are having problems with your WHERE registration try viewing your account information on Where.com (this web information syncs instantly with mobile). In the top right of the screen there is an option to "sign up or log in." Try signing in with your username and password. There is an option here to click if you cannot remember your password. If you do successfully login, you can also update your username and password from the Web.

I use Where and I have never had to log in or use the web site to refresh the gas prices and I've never had to set up an account with them to make it work.

Thanks for the response! I actually set up the account on Where.com. I can log in there no problem. But, for some reason, the android app just sits there when I try and log in and the log in pop up never goes away.
