Default Where Are Our Apps Stored?

Most of us that are rooted have out apps on the Ext3 Partition, but i have a question.
My Ext3 partition is almost full, I was wondering why, so i looked through it. I realized i had apps stored in more then one folder, including duplicates.

    i found apks in
    system/app
    system/sd
    system/sd/app

which one does the apps2sd app use?

/system/app/ --- looks like default apps installed
/system/sd/app --- is all my installed apps
/system/sd/app-private --- is all my paid apps

    I'm rooted too with Apps2Sd

Yes, after apps2sd with an ext2 or 3, you should have your apps on /system/sd/ (apps or apps-private for free or paid).

I think that "/system/app" is where they are before apps2sd.

How big is your partition? Did you also move your cache to SD?

I believe is is somewhat related to the thread and I just need some help.
Size Used Available Use% Mounted On
    90M 76.8M 13.2 85% /system /dev/block/mtdblovck3
    89.8M 74.5M 15.2M 83% /data /dev/block/mtdblovck5
    30.0M 1.2M 28.8M 4% /cache /dev/block/mtdblovck4
    19.0M 12.6M 5.3M 70% /system/sd /dev/block/mtdblk0p2
    681.0M 77.2M 603.8M 11% /sdcard

    19.0M 12.6M 5.3M 70% /system/sd /dev/block/mtdblk0p2
Is that where all the apps go to? How can I make it larger/wipe it?
When I try downloading any app it says Insufficient Storage, my Internal Storage is at 15MB at the moment.

    Sorry if its messy.

Sorry to revive an old thread but I'm trying to move an app back into /system so I can receive an ota update but can't find my downloaded apps. Where are they?
