We may soon have a tethering app

I've been waiting for a while for a good tethering application for the android platform but haven't heard anything new in a while. I decided to check out what tethering applications the iPhone has available and stumbled upon PdaNet (http://www.junefabrics.com/). I emailed their support team about developing for android and got the following response:

For G1 phone, we only have an alpha build I don't have any information about cost or ETA at this point. If you want I can forward you beta builds when they become available.

So although they mention they have no ETA at this point, I'm hopeful that they'll be able to take it out of alpha and into beta soon.
