Default Waiting for a navigation app?

I know there are alot of people waiting for a credible navigation app (for the US) on the G1 and I'm one of them. I stumbled upon this article on navigadget.com(link at bottom of post) Hope it has a reasonable price. Enjoy!

here is a video of the app running on the I-phone; the page states that it runs smoother on the g1. Cause thats how we roll

here is another video of the program running on symbian

    Heres the link:

Ouch, looks like AndNav2 is going to get blown out of the water before it even launches.

Well hey wasnt it announced somewhere that garmin was releasing a GPS for G1 in april 2009 or something anyways? That does look pretty nice and smooth. Paid apps are on the way and lets see what they have to offer.

Andnav can make it to, if projected into like a 5 man team and some revenues. I just cant wait for any GPS app with a dam trial so I would know which to buy at the right price. I just wish google maps had real GPS all fancy and what not.

$99? Come on, You buy a brand new GPS for less than that...Forget it, if it's saving you from carrying two things at once, then its not worth it.. I mean how often do you carry your GPS with you/?
