Unable to Sign Out of AIM

Went back some pages but was unable to find anything concrete that answered my question.

Like an idiot when I had first got my phone I checked "Remember my password" for AIM. Now that I know to not use the one that came with the phone, since I use another version, I want to uncheck the boxes that "Remember my password" & "Sign me in automatically" but am unable. I checked to see if there was anything that gave me an option like that when I looked under Menu, but nothing.

I also changed my password in the hopes that when I would sign in and it would not sign on since I had changed the password I would have the opportunity to then uncheck the options to "Remember my password" & "Sign me in automatically" but nothing.

Hope it wasn't too confusing, it it was I'll just try to explain myself better.

OK GO TO THE IM, and then from there, LONG HOLD the AIM button, another menu will come up, then select REMOVE ACCOUNT!!!!

and use Hello Aim! for aim.
