As far as I'm concerned, Twidroid blows all the others out of the water. I've also heard good things about I Tweet, but it's a paid app and I don't have any desire to pay for something that another app does perfect.

I am a big fan of twit2go it really is a great app. I suggest you just download all the free ones and figure out what one works for you the best.
