sweet, you and me both. i'm no n00b to twitter, but i def. am for twidroid.
Always show status icon = this means you will always have the little blue twidroid robot in your notification bar at the top, so you can quickly jump into twidroid from that.
Use screen names - if you uncheck this, the persons name will just be shown as whatever their twitter username is, ie twitter.com/example
If you check it, it will show their actual name, assuming that users has filled in their real name in the twitter settings.
Enable autocomplete = when you start typing in someone's name it autocompletes.
Enable SSL = your traffic is sent over SSL so it can't be sniffed by anything between you and Twitter.
awesome. thanks for the help guys. another thing, is there a way to add people or change your default pic? or am i going to have to do that from the website? and is there a way to delete the phodroid pics that i take? or am i going to have to go to the website to delete them also because i dont see them on my g1 gallery. thanks again.
is SSL even necessary? do any of you guys use it? and i'm still trying to figure a way to delete my phodroid pics, any takers?
also, is it just me, or does it make your battery drain faster. it says that the shorter intervals you have for updates the less it strains your battery but i have it on never so does that mean its killing the hell out of my battery? haha.
If you have the updates set to never, it shouldn't affect your battery at all, as it isn't refreshing in the background to check your updates.
SSL is unnecessary IMO, I don't use it.
I don't believe there is any way to delete phodroid pics, but you can always manually delete the tweet itself from the website.
You'll need to use the website to follow/unfollow people or change your avatar.
do the pics that you take save on the g1 at all? or is it just straight to phodroid?
