I hate having to change all the settings when I goto work. Click done. I tried Locale and I couldn't handle the GPS turning on/off all the time.

also, I don't believe Battery Monitor works with Open Home as you describe. It's description says it works with aHome and DXTop. Open Home doesn't work with widgets because of the known security vulnerability with widgets as stated by Google.
The Walkie talkie app isn't free it's at a price of $3.99 right now. I think it used to be free though.
I'd like to give it a go but $4 is a little much for me right now.

Wow, what a useful post wading in the sea of craptastic threads and posts in this forum. I'm a relatively new Android user and have been really only using (though I have impulsively downloaded a lot) CardioTrainer since I like to exercise and all (and don't wish to shell out a few hundred dollars for one of those GPS watches).
