There is an app out already that does this very thing... I think its called starnav? Maybe? Its cool I need to redownload it actually.

Although I do like official apps from google!

I wasn't that close was I, check it out its cool if you're into this kind of stuff

sky map is an excellent app . very well made .... kind of off a tiny bit , but i think thats probably the compass in the g1 being interfered with by the electronic components and not the apps fault .

Yeah it is off a little, but not enough usually that you can't see what your looking for.

And yes it is an excellant app

So today there was an update for google sky map, turns out it was the old program...

I wonder how much google bought that one for?
