Speech reconizer not installed!!

Hi I had install the talk to me software to translating from one language to another, but I receive the Speech Reconizer is not installed in your HTC device.
Any idea??

the talk to me app should suggest the tools you need, but they are:

tts extended
svox classic tts engine
svox pico data

should be in the market
