SMS popup mark as read in chompSMS/default sms ap

Hiya loving all the android app goodness so far.
Quick question about sms popup...

When the new txt pops up and i click close how do i make the chompSMS notification go away and also mark the txt as read in chompSMS.
Dont mind using out of box SMS client either if it can mark as read from sms popup.

I don't think the sms popup supports that yep. you may ask the author to add this feature.

I emailed the developer as soon as the app came out about this, it's something he's working on

the way I do it it is click "reply" which takes you into the app and it's then marked as read
