Server Error Accessing Market

I've never had any problems accessing Market via WiFi before it has only happened recently. I am constantly checking Market and to not be able to take advantage of this feature turns my android phone into an ordinary phone. What is an android phone without market? To make matters worse, I did a factory reset confident that it would solve the problem but it didn't. Now, not only is market still inaccessible but I lost all my cool apps. Need help.

Why would market, which was accessible before, not be accessible anymore. I didn't change my firmware, I didn't change anything at all. It just stopped working.

Did you try using your browser? maybe you internet service was down for a minute.

whens the last time you cleared your market cache ? have you tried tuning you phone off then on ?

My internet is fine. I can browse read/send email.

I factory reset so market cache is clear but I tried again anyway and no change. I tried turning on and off no change.

Is there any other way to download and install apps from Android Market?

its problem is probably on your carriers side , not you phone . you are signed into your google account ?

Yeah I got the same problem, it just stopped working a couple of days ago. I have experience it before but it was just a wi-fi problem which got fixed by reconecting to the network, or turnin' the phone off and on. But now it's not workin' and and hv a friend that is also experiencing it the same recently. I thought the server was down but now is for too long... Hope we find an answer soon..

i dont think it has anything to do with the carrier cause I don't use 3g just WiFi to access the market. It worked before so I dont know why its not working now. Yes I am signed in to my google account.

Yep, I agree. Your problem sounds exactly the same as mine. This has been going on over a week now. I dismissed it as maybe the market server was down but this is taking too long. Google people help!!!!
