Quite a few of my albums have no artwork. As such, there's just a stylized picture of a disc on the right side of the display. Would it be possible to fill it with the text description of the album instead? While I really like being able to see the album art, if there is none it's pretty difficult to determine the album and artist

have you tried sliding your finger left on the main screen? this will bring up a text list of your albums :P

Doesn't work on my phone (Firmware 1.1, RC33). Every time I click an album, it force closes. I uninstalled it, rebooted the phone, and reinstalled. Still force closes. I am disappointed because I thought it looked really cool, but I don't know what else I can try.

if you can send me a log of the error Ill try to fix it. There are instruction on how to do so in the first pages of this thread (maybe on page 6...)

Yes,. I have but on some screens I have more missing artwork than displayed covers so it would be really nice if there were *some* indication what album is in that position. Not to mention that there's an empty rectangle displayed on the left when I'm playing an album with missing artwork so it'd be extra nice if you could display something in that area, too

hmmm I think those are bugs (If there is no artwork, a black [empty] disc should appear inside the white border).

regarding the album text Ill be adding something too within the next week. The idea is to show the first letter (sort of index) of the albums you are brwosing in the middle of the screen (sort of like is used when scrolling contacts). what do you think?

I just reinstalled it with the intention of getting a log of the error, but the error seems to have resolved itself somehow. I'm cured!

I think that's a great idea and something that I was going to suggest! I've got about 6GB of music on my 8GB card and that's a LOT of albums. I'll have even more once I can get a reasonably priced 16G/32G card so having a way to calibrate my location would be a big help. It would also be a help if I didn't have to actually scroll through all the albums to go from Buena Vista Social Club to You Had It Coming but I'm not sure what interaction model would be appropriate.

I am on RC33 and mine only force closes.

I have installed from the market and from the website twice each with a battery pull in between.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The app seems to restart itself fairly frequently. When you are listening to an album, in the middle of a song, the music will stop. You wake up the phone and see that RockOn is refreshing albums. It brings up the album you weren't listening to and you have to manually select what you were listening to, and start playing it again. Very, very annoying.

Also, please add the option to reassign the headphone button back to the stock music app, because when the app isn't working, I want to have the option to use the stock music app.
