reinstalling apps to g1 off market trouble ?

I took off my credit card information off google checkout and don't use that card anymore does that effect re-downloading the apps to the phone?
Because everytime I try to download it again it always says authorizing credit card and downloads are unsuccessful even free downloads didn't work
I also erased market cache to don't know if that anything to do with that ?
t-mobile said it was because of internal memory I have at least 15mb I know it's not because of that because i've gone down to 7mb
sorry for the long question any info will be appreciated

are you trying to buy paid apps?

I already bought the apps just uninstalled them on my g1 for some reason I can't get them to download or even download a free app or even upgrade?
I'm running 1.5 now but don't think that's an issue being since 1.6 is new
