    Default Power manager crashing


    So after a recent update power manager no longer works for me

    "the application power manager(process com.acme.android.powermanager) has stopped ......"

    firmware: 1.5
    build number CUPCAKE.133039

    I stopped using "Power Manager" and switched over to"Useful Switcher" plus it has a flashlight. So that's an another app I don't need to DL'd
    Device : HTC HD2 Leo - 1024 (Dual Boot)
    ROM : ChuckyDroid Custom WM 6.5.5 w/Sense
    Android : Mattc 2.2 Froyo w/Sense 1.5
    SDCard : Kingston 16GB Class 2 Micro SDHC
    HSPL3: Thanks 2 (Bepe & Cotulla)
    Radio : 2.12.50.02_2

    What was it that you updated? The app or firmware?

    I tried useful switcher and it seems to do the job, but seems to have a problem enabling the bluetooth. bluetooth icon appears in status bar but in useful switchers Its still saying " select to turn on bluetooth" weird!

    I didnt update myself, one of the guys in work did it for me. I'll check with him tomorrow and maybe get him to roll back the update

    I got the same error one night. Nothing big in my situation. JF lite, Buuf Themed.

    UsefulSwitchers is the way to go.
    Google Chrome OS??

    Well you may not need to roll anything back....

    But I was trying to find out EXACTLY what he updated...the app or the firmware.

    someone else may come along and be ble to pinpoint your problem if more info is provided.

    I had the same thing with power manager after the update.

    How do I get useful switcher?
