i live and breath the beautiful game. already saw this advertised somewhere else but thought it was free. however - i would pay a nominal lifetime subscription fot it.
up to 5 dollars.

We are buying the soccer scores (guess I'll have to call it soccer in these forums), and they are pretty expensive so therefore we need to have subscription payment instead of a lifetime subscription. If we end up with 10000 users in 2008 and none in 2009 then we would start losing money fast if we had lifetime subscriptions.

In Norway we have a good customer base and they are paying 4$ a month. So this yearly subscription price is set to a very low price to attract customers but I guess a lot of people get scared by the subscription payment method regardless of the price.

Is there really a huge fan-base for MLS? It would be very little effort to include MLS in our program but I saw England, Germany and Italy as much bigger markets initially. But I guess that the US will have one of the largest markets for Android so maybe I'm wrong...
