We did not want to map to become over populated with bad traps. If you see an area where "Police Often Hide" where there is no longer a trap, simply report a new one. We added the "aged trap" feature to encourage users to vote on traps, and keep the trapmap as accurate as possible.

i under stand the thinking behind it and think it was a decent start to an idea but you say it is to be more reliable well what is more reliable than a trap that has 10 votes with 95% of them saying that its a real good one but it has been deleted cause no one has voted on it for some time; i see that as being less reliable IMO because you then go thinking that the area is clear of traps and then get tagged for speeding or something lol.

either way i know im not going to change any minds that matter on this issue

I had actually found out about this app when I was using webos. Before switching to android. I couldn't find it on the market. I actually had to download the apk and install it manually. I've heard of others having that problem as well.

The only issue I notice with version 1.6 is that when I start trapster up. The screen is blue. Only after clicking "locate me" does the map show up.
